Then, walk at a comfortable pace to fully recover before your next repetition. The goal is to have each rep as close to full speed as possible. Towards the end of your repetitions, it should become more difficult; but, this is a good thing, as it means that your muscles are fatiguing and your workout is working. If it is too easy, crank up the speed!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For those wondering how to peel an avocado, you just cut the avocado in half and slice the skin three or four times from top to bottom on each half. The thin slices of skin will just peel right off without any muss or fuss. &lt;/p&gt;
